Job summary

REM Community Services, a part of Sevita, is hiring a caregiver to support individuals with developmental disabilities in Minnesota. You’ll help with daily living, personal hygiene, and participation in community activities, while building meaningful relationships with participants.

We offer competitive pay at $17.30 per hour plus a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, including a 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and holiday pay.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• High School Diploma not required.
• Strong communication and compassion are required to support participants.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and support individuals with behavioral challenges.
• Help participants pursue budgeting, exercise, and nutrition goals.
• Develop meaningful relationships and encourage participation in community activities.
