Job summary

Front Porch is seeking a part-time Caregiver for Fredericka Manor Retirement Community in Chula Vista, CA. Shift is 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. with weekend availability. Pay ranges from $19.00 to $21.00 per hour, with responsibilities including resident care, meals, and adherence to safety protocols.

Under supervision, you will assist with daily living activities, maintain care documentation, and support residents with dignity and compassion in a retirement community setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• First Aid certification required.
• 1+ years in long-term care or geriatric setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine nursing assistant services to residents.
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing and personal care.
• Assist with meals and dining room duties.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in resident care areas.
• Document care activities and report resident changes to supervisor.
• Follow facility policies and safety guidelines.
