The Pennant Group, Lakepoint Villa Assisted Living in Oshkosh, WI, is seeking a 2nd Shift Full-Time Lead Medication Aide to join our team of dedicated professionals who support residents and their families in a caring, compliant environment. You will administer medications, observe effects, document in medication administration records, and coordinate with Wellness leadership to ensure safe, accurate care.

• Prior direct care experience is required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Meets age requirements according to facility policy and state regulations.

Mansioni

• Administers prescribed medications and treatments to residents in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Observes residents taking medications and documents effects and observations in medication administration records.
• Communicates concerns to Wellness Director or designated personnel.
• Oversees daily medication workflows, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely administration.
• Provides coaching and training to Medication Aides and conducts routine quality checks of documentation and storage.
• Serves as the primary shift resource for medication-related questions and coordinates with Wellness leadership to maintain continuity of care.
