Deer Crest Senior Living in Red Wing, Minnesota, part of the Ebenezer community, seeks a Resident Assistant/Caregiver for the evening shift. You will provide personal care, medication support, and daily living assistance to seniors in Assisted Living and Memory Care with training provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to use technology such as computers, handheld devices, cell phones, and fax machines.
• If under 18, must be on the MN NA registry and the site must manage restrictions that they are not able to pass medications or operate a mechanical lift independently.
• Less than 1 year of experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care and daily living assistance to seniors.
• Administer medications or assist with medication administration under RN direction.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Assist with meals, laundry, housekeeping, and dining services.
• Support resident engagement and activities; build relationships with residents and families.
• Collaborate with nurses and care team; observe and report concerns.
