Deephaven Woods Senior Living, managed by Ebenezer, is seeking a Part-time Resident Assistant/Caregiver in Deephaven, MN. The role supports residents with personal care and health-related services, including medication assistance under supervision, to enhance wellbeing and independence.

Shifts are 7:00–11:00 AM on a two-week alternating schedule. The position emphasizes compassionate care, teamwork with nurses and coworkers, and adherence to care plans.

Qualifications

• Less than 1 year of caregiving experience is required.
• Ability to use computers, handheld devices, cell phones, and fax machines.
• If under 18, must be on the MN NA registry and the site must manage restrictions that they are not able to pass medications or operate a mechanical lift independently.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with personal cares (bathing, grooming, feeding, toileting).
• Provide health-related services as directed by the RN, including glucose monitoring.
• Administer medications under RN supervision and take vital signs as directed.
