Job summary

Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Care Provider (Caregiver) for El Dorado Hills, CA. This part-time PM position supports residents with daily living activities, promotes independence, and delivers compassionate care in a senior living community.

You will work 2:00p-10:15p, Mon-Wed, with opportunities to grow across Oakmont communities in California and beyond; training provided, strong emphasis on teamwork, respect, and quality of life for residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to interact respectfully with residents and families.
• Must pass background check and health screenings.
• Willingness to train; prior care experience is a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) per care plan.
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while preserving dignity.
• Report changes in residents' condition to a supervisor.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork with co-workers and other departments.
