Job summary

Sevita's REM Community Services in Minnesota is hiring part-time caregivers to support individuals with developmental disabilities. You’ll assist with personal hygiene, daily living activities, and helping participants engage in the community.

Multiple shift options exist: Mon/Wed/Fri 3pm–10pm with every‑other weekend; or Tue/Thu 3pm–10pm with alternating weekends; and a Mon/Wed/Fri 3pm–10pm with weekend options.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
• Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist people with their personal hygiene and support individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Help participants be part of the community and engage in activities.
• Develop real relationships and support participants with budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
