Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication and adaptability are important.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable and responsible demeanor.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participants with behavioral challenges and complex needs.
• Help participants pursue personal goals (budgeting, exercise, nutrition).
