Job summary

REM Community Services, a part of Sevita, seeks caregivers in Minnesota to support individuals with developmental disabilities. Earn $16 per hour with part-time options for early mornings, afternoons, or overnight shifts. Build meaningful relationships and help participants live well.

You’ll assist with daily living activities, promote goals, and work in a supportive team environment under Sevita’s mission-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Six months in human services or care preferred.
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management.
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible.
• Vehicle: Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist people with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Help participants participate in community activities and daily routines.
• Encourage goals in budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
