Job summary

Visiting Angels of Kirkland seeks an Evening Caregiver to support clients across the Greater King County area, including Sammamish. You’ll follow individualized care plans, provide personal care, companionship, and light mobility support in clients’ homes.

This role offers flexible evening shifts seven days a week, weekly payroll, and opportunities for advanced training. A high school diploma, valid driver’s license, reliable transport, and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and a reliable vehicle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time-management and ability to juggle duties.
• Reliable transportation to client homes for scheduled care.
• Compassion and desire to brighten each client’s day.
• Willingness to comply with health and safety standards and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and hygiene.
• Assist with light exercise or walks with clients.
• Plan and prepare meals with clients.
• Perform light housekeeping duties.
• Report health changes or incidents to supervisors.
• Provide companionship and supportive presence.
• Supervise clients during shopping trips and appointments.
