Visiting Angels in Kirkland is seeking a Part Time Homecare Aide to serve clients across West Seattle, North Seattle, and nearby areas. You will follow customized care plans, assist with daily living activities, and provide compassionate companionship while ensuring safety and dignity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license, car insurance and a reliable vehicle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Excellent time-management and ability to juggle duties.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and flexibility with shifts.
• Comfort with housekeeping and cooking while following dietary constraints.
• Willing to comply with health and safety standards and background checks.
• Compassion, understanding, and a desire to brighten clients' day.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Support light exercise or walks and mobility.
• Plan and prepare meals with clients.
• Handle light housekeeping duties and cooking tasks.
• Report health changes or unusual incidents promptly.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Respond to emergencies quickly and responsibly.
• Accompany clients during shopping trips and appointments.
• Remind clients to take medications and manage routine tasks.
