Job summary

Visiting Angels Kirkland is hiring part-time Homecare Aide (HCA) to support clients across the local area with compassionate in-home care. You’ll help with personal care, meals, mobility, light housekeeping, and companionship, following individualized care plans.

Shifts are available seven days a week with morning, mid-day, evening and overnight slots. Competitive hourly pay, real-time care notes, and ongoing training opportunities are offered to eligible staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Assist with light physical activity or walks.
• Plan and prepare meals with clients.
• Perform light housekeeping duties.
• Report health changes or incidents.
• Provide companionship and supportive interaction.
• Respond quickly in emergencies.
• accompany and supervise clients during shopping trips.
• Remind clients to take medications as prescribed.
• Assist with mobility and transportation as needed.
