Job summary

Visiting Angels of Kirkland is hiring Part Time Homecare Aide - HCA to support clients across the local area, including West Seattle, Shoreline, and nearby communities. You will provide personal care, companionship, meal preparation, and light housekeeping in clients' homes, guided by customized care plans.

Qualifications

• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate excellent time-management and multitasking abilities.
• Reliable transportation to attend client homes and schedule.
• Able to carry out duties with compassion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Assist with light physical activity or walking.
• Plan and prepare meals with clients.
• Perform light housekeeping duties.
• Report health changes or incidents to supervisor.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Respond promptly in emergencies.
• Accompany and supervise clients during shopping trips.
• Remind clients to take medications as prescribed.
• Assist with mobility and activities at home and during appointments.
