Sevita's D&S Community Services unit in Tennessee is hiring a caregiver to support individuals with developmental disabilities in a community-based setting.

The role runs Monday through Friday from 3pm to 11pm and requires a valid driver’s license. You’ll help with personal hygiene, support daily goals, and build meaningful relationships while growing your career with a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, multitasking, teamwork, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist people with personal hygiene and support individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs.
• Foster real, meaningful relationships and help participants pursue community activities.
