Sevita is seeking a dedicated caregiver to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in community-based services. This full-time role includes weekend shifts and a 2pm–9pm schedule, with 9am–9pm on alternating weekends.

A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required. You will assist with personal hygiene, daily living activities, and help participants pursue goals in budgeting, exercise, and nutrition while building meaningful relationships.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, proof of education is required.
• Age 18+
• Six months of experience with intellectual disabilities, behavioral health, or mental health preferred.
• Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsabilités

• Be responsible for personal hygiene assistance and support for individuals with complex needs.
• Assist participants with daily living activities and routines.
• Support participants in goal setting related to budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Help participants participate in community activities and daily engagement.
