Sevita’s D&S Community Services in Memphis, TN is seeking a compassionate caregiver for weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 7am-7pm). You will assist with personal care, support daily living tasks, and help participants achieve developmental goals in a respectful, community-based setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability and teamwork skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support individuals with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise and nutrition.
• Help participants participate in community activities and preferred routines.
• Maintain patient dignity, privacy and safety while delivering care.
