Sevita is seeking a caregiver to empower individuals with developmental disabilities to live more independently at home and in their community. You’ll assist with personal care, support participants with goals, and build meaningful relationships with those you serve.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene.
• Support individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs.
• Help participants achieve personal goals related to community participation.
