Job summary

Sunflower Communities is seeking an Evening Caregiver (CNA / HHA / DSP / PCA) to provide compassionate care in Elmore Assisted Living and Memory Care settings. The role offers Full-Time or Part-Time schedules from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, with every other weekend, plus an evening shift differential and bonus eligibility.

You will assist residents with ADLs, support evening routines, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment while promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Experience as CNA, HHA, DSP, PCA, or caregiver preferred.
• Interest in senior living and memory care.
• Willingness to pursue CNA certification with employer support.
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.
• Strong communication and teamwork; reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, mobility, toileting and other ADLs.
• Support evening routines and activities.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.
• Observe changes in resident condition and report to nursing staff.
• Document care and updates to care plans.
• Support both Assisted Living and Memory Care residents.
• Promote independence, dignity and quality of life.
