Job summary

Sunflower Communities' Elmore Assisted Living in Elmore, MN is seeking a Weekend Caregiver (CNA/HHA/DSP/PCA) to provide resident-centered care on Saturdays and Sundays. You’ll assist with ADLs, promote dignity, and support evening/overnight needs, with a predictable every-other-weekend schedule.

Competitive pay: $19.00-$25.00/hr, plus evening and overnight differentials and annual bonus eligibility. Join a family-owned senior living team focused on quality care and community.

Qualifications

• Experience in elder care or assisted living environments preferred.
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and mobility.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on, resident-centered care to older adults.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, toileting, transfers, and other ADLs.
• Promote dignity, independence, and quality of life.
• Support evening routines and overnight resident needs.
• Observe changes in resident condition and communicate with the team.
