Job summary

Sunflower Communities in Minnesota is seeking an Evening Caregiver (CNA / HHA / DSP / PCA) to support residents at Elmore Assisted Living and Memory Care. This full- or part-time role runs 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, with every other weekend, delivering compassionate care while helping residents maintain independence and dignity.

Qualifications

• Experience as a CNA, HHA, DSP, PCA or caregiver preferred.
• Interest in senior living, assisted living or memory care.
• Willingness to pursue CNA certification with employer support.
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to exceptional care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, mobility, toileting, and other ADLs.
• Support residents through evening routines and activities.
• Maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Observe and communicate changes in resident condition.
• Document care and communicate updates to nursing staff.
• Support both Assisted Living and Memory Care residents.
• Promote resident independence, dignity, and quality of life.
