Sunflower Communities in Elmore, MN, is seeking an Evening Resident Care Specialist (CNA / DSP / HHA / RA) to join our assisted living and memory care teams. This on-site role runs 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, with full-time or part-time options and potential for bonus and evening differential.

• Experience as CNA, HHA, DSP, PCA, or caregiver preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, dining, and mobility.
