Job summary

Sunflower Communities in Minnesota-based senior living organization seeks an Evening Resident Care Specialist to support residents in Elmore, MN, focusing on compassionate evening care. The role includes assisting with ADLs, monitoring wellbeing, and coordinating with the care team.

You will work full-time or part-time from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, every other weekend, with an evening differential and bonus opportunities to recognize dedication. A CNA/HHA/DSP/PCA background helps you start strong.

Qualifications

• Experience as a CNA, HHA, DSP, PCA, or Caregiver preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, dining, and mobility.
• Help create a positive and structured evening routine.
• Provide support in both Assisted Living and Memory Care settings.
• Monitor resident well-being and communicate updates to the care team.
• Document care and support a safe, comfortable environment.
