Leisure Living is seeking a Care Team Lead for the Second Shift (2:30p-11p) on-site. This full-time role focuses on shift leadership and ensuring high-quality resident care, with duties including mentoring staff and administering medications per physician orders.

Qualifications include a high school diploma/GED, completion of Care Specialist I & II within 90 days, and 6 months of related experience. CPR/First Aid certification preferred within 30 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Successful completion of Care Specialist I and II within 90 days of hire.
• At least 6 months of recent Care Specialist experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead care team during the shift and oversee resident care.
• Participate in orientation and training for care team members.
• Mentor teammates to improve care quality and service.
• Ensure residents are treated with kindness and respect.
• Maintain safety and infection control on shift.
• Review resident service plans and document daily charts.
