Job summary

Inspired Living in Lakewood Ranch is seeking a Resident Care Supervisor to lead the overnight care team and ensure high-quality, compassionate care for residents. You will guide care staff, assist with medications as allowed, monitor changes in health, document diligently, protect privacy, and communicate with families and clinicians to keep residents safe and well cared for.

This role requires a high school diploma, Med-Tech CPR/First Aid, supervisory experience, and 3+ years in assisted living

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Med-Tech certification and CPR/First Aid required.
• CNA certification preferred.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior supervisory or management experience required.
• 3+ years of assisted living or memory care experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the overnight care team.
• Ensure residents receive high-quality, compassionate care.
• Assist with medication management as permitted by state regulations.
• Monitor resident condition and report changes to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate documentation and protect resident privacy.
• Support meals, activities, and social programs.
• Communicate with families and health care providers as needed.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming community.
