Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; must complete Care Specialist I and II within 90 days of hire.
• CPR/First Aid certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn company software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver resident care with kindness and respect; follow care plans and safety procedures.
• Administer medications per physician orders and document in records.
• Coordinate with care team and participate in orientation and training.
• Maintain accurate daily charting and reporting; respond to calls and alarms promptly.
