Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a Caregiver to support our senior living communities in Michigan. This part-time role includes 1st and 2nd shift options (7AM-3PM and 3PM-11PM) with every other weekend and rotating holidays required.

You will provide compassionate care, assist with activities of daily living, dining, mobility, and medication reminders, and respond to resident needs. The position emphasizes empathy, punctuality, teamwork, and a supportive employee-first culture.

Qualifications

• Must have passion for working with the elderly.
• Punctuality and professionalism are important factors.
• Interest in pursuing a career in healthcare (e.g., CNA, Nursing, Geriatrics).

Responsibilities

• Bathing, showering, and grooming/dressing assistance
• Assist residents with dining
• Wheelchair and walking escorts
• Meal, activity, and medication reminder assistance
• Answers resident call signals
• Participate in Life Enrichment activities.
