Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus two years of related work experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff attendance and daily department operations.
• Provide quality of care and leadership for the program.
• Supervise scheduling, hiring, performance management, training, and customer service.
• Maintain adequate staffing and cover staff absences.
• Monitor staff timesheets and overtime usage.
• Coordinate medication cart inventory and procedures.
• Communicate resident concerns and adjust care plans as needed.
• Assist with inquiries, enrollment packets, and CRM records.
• Manage Census and Daily Schedule for the department.
• Direct emergencies and oversee volunteers when needed.
