Premier Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Residential Care Aide for the evening shift (3pm–11pm) to provide compassionate care to seniors in our facility. This role emphasizes independence, dignity, and well-being in a warm environment.

No certification is required; prior experience is welcomed. You will perform daily living activities, assist with meals and medications, maintain records, and collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless, high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist residents with medication management, mealtime assistance, and mobility needs.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care transitions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with evening meal service and resident care activities
• Monitor resident vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of resident care and services
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting a sense of community and belonging
