Hilltop Community Resources Inc. is seeking an Activity and Care Supervisor to oversee staff attendance, scheduling, and daily department operations.
You will ensure residents have a safe, engaging, and supportive experience, including hospitality and customer service duties as needed. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED with two years of related work experience, plus some supervisory experience.

An overview of this position entails…This position is responsible for overseeing staff attendance, management, and responsibilities, and, as assigned, daily department operations . Must be able to perform all duties of care staff including protective oversight of residents, hospitality, and customer service, while ensuring residents and participants have a safe, stimulating and enjoyable experience. Employees assigned to this position will also assist with laundry, food service, and activities as needed.
