Job summary

Hilltop Community Resources Inc. is hiring for a full-time Front Desk Administrative role at the Bacon Campus/Life Adjustment Program in Grand Junction, CO.

You will support residents, staff and visitors, manage front desk duties and coordinate resources to ensure smooth daily operations. Responsibilities include transportation scheduling, procurement, EMR documentation, and routine maintenance entries, with opportunities for growth and a stable schedule.

Qualifications

  • Highschool or equivalent preferred, plusone year of related experience, or two years of work experience.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Colorado Driver’s License required (valid).
  • CPR Certificate/First Aid Certificate preferred.
  • De-Escalation Training preferred.
  • Hilltop Driver Training preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to residents, staff and visitors of the Bacon Campus/Life Adjustment Program.
  • Coordinate resources (transportation, office supplies, program supplies, resident supplies) with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Greet and direct phone/walk-in traffic at the front desk for the Bacon Campus including visitors, vendors and attendees in a professional manner.
  • Maintain resident documentation on-site and electronically in the EMR system.
  • Generate purchasing documents for program purchasing weekly and as needed.
  • Order office and program supplies to maintain adequate inventory.
  • Enter Work Orders into the maintenance system daily and clarify requests as needed.
  • Support Bacon Campus for copy projects, maintenance work orders, mail and paychecks.
  • Maintain program information sources.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Build the LAP transportation schedulein accordance withthe transportation policy and process.
  • Greet & direct phone/walk in traffic at the front desk for the Bacon Campus including visitors to LAP, vendors, meeting attendees,clientsand others in a professional,helpfuland courteous manner.
  • Provide Concierge services (client cigarettes, ride requests, money requests, etc.) to residents.
  • Maintain resident documentation on-site and electronically in the electronic medical records system (EMR).
  • Generate purchasing documents for programpurchasingweekly and as needed.
  • Order office and program supplies in-store or online tomaintainadequate inventory.
  • Responsible for daily entry of Work Orders into maintenance system and clarify requests as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to Bacon Campus for copy projects, maintenance work orders, mail, paychecks, etc.
  • Maintain program information sources.
