Elite Home Care in Spartanburg, SC is seeking a dedicated Evening Scheduler to serve from 12:30pm-9pm, Monday through Friday. You will be the key link between clients, caregivers, and our office team, ensuring schedules run smoothly and clients receive high-quality care.

Qualifications

Experience working with adults in acute care, residential, or long-term care settings.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Answer phones promptly and professionally, assisting clients and caregivers with scheduling needs.
Build and maintain client schedules, ensuring all shifts are covered.
Fill open shifts quickly and communicate assignments to clients, caregivers, and responsible parties.
Monitor missed or late shifts, follow up with caregivers, and keep clients informed.
Send detailed shift reports to the care team.
Step in during call-outs to find coverage and keep services consistent.
Work closely with the operations team to anticipate staffing needs.
