Responsibilities

• Answer phones promptly and professionally, assisting clients and caregivers with scheduling needs.
• Build and maintain client schedules, ensuring all shifts are covered.
• Fill open shifts quickly and communicate assignments to clients, caregivers, and responsible parties.
• Monitor missed or late shifts, follow up with caregivers, and keep clients informed.
• Send detailed shift reports to the care team.
• Step in during call-outs to find coverage and keep services consistent.
• Work closely with the operations team to anticipate staffing needs.

Position Summary

As a the Evening Scheduler from 12:30pm-9pm Monday through Friday, you’ll be the key link between clients, caregivers, and our office team. • Flexibility: Must be adaptable in a dynamic, client‑focused environment.
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 12:30 - 9 pm
