Senior Helpers is seeking a Full-Time Scheduler for the Conway, SC office. The role focuses on coordinating caregiver schedules, managing staffing needs, and ensuring consistent, high-quality in-home care for clients.

You will work Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, collaborating with the Care Manager and Office Manager. The position offers pathways for professional development and benefits through the organization.

Formación

• At least one year of experience in scheduling, staffing, or related field.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Healthcare staffing or home care experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities for fast-paced environments.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate caregiver assignments and schedules for new and existing clients based on assessments and staffing availability.
• Maintain appropriate caregiver coverage while supporting scheduling efficiency and profitability.
• Manage daily scheduling needs, including call-outs, emergencies, and last-minute changes.
• Ensure schedules are fully staffed for the following business day and upcoming weekends.
• Communicate professionally with caregivers, clients, and office staff regarding schedule changes.
• Document caregiver call-outs, refusals, late arrivals, and other incidents in WellSky.
• Collaborate with the Care Manager and Office Manager to address scheduling concerns.
• Participate in on-call scheduling responsibilities as assigned.
• Work with HR to share staffing shortages and recruitment needs.
• Maintain caregiver records and licenses in WellSky.
• Review timecards to ensure scheduled hours align with actual hours.
