Senior Helpers in Conway, SC is seeking a Full-Time Scheduler to coordinate caregiver schedules and manage staffing needs. The role emphasizes organization, communication, and problem-solving in a fast-paced home care environment.

You will work with clients, caregivers, HR, and office staff to ensure reliable, high-quality in-home care. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with on-call responsibilities as needed.

Formación

• 1+ year in scheduling or staffing.
• Customer service experience required.
• Healthcare/home care experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate caregiver assignments based on assessments and staffing availability.
• Maintain caregiver coverage and support scheduling efficiency.
• Manage daily scheduling, call-outs, emergencies, and coverage gaps.
• Ensure fully staffed schedules for next day and weekends.
• Communicate scheduling changes professionally with all parties.
• Document incidents in WellSky (call-outs, refusals, lateness).
• Collaborate with Care Manager and Office Manager on scheduling concerns.
• Participate in on-call scheduling as assigned.
• Work with HR on staffing shortages and caregiver availability.
• Assist with caregiver records and required documentation in WellSky.
• Review timecards to align hours scheduled with hours worked.
