Job summary

Inspired Living in Ocoee, FL is seeking a Part-Time Care Partner to support residents with daily living activities and meals in a senior living community. This role runs from 3pm to 11pm and emphasizes compassionate, regulatory-compliant care.

The Care Partner will follow each resident's service plan, document changes, and communicate with health professionals and families under the direction of the Director, Health and Wellness.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in a caregiving role or similar function.
• CNA or HHA preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to clearly communicate verbally in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Follows the services outlined in each resident's service plan in a friendly, respectful and supportive manner.
• Documents any observed change of condition in accordance with applicable laws and company policies.
• Complies with the Continuous Quality Improvement Program and reports issues to the supervisor.
• Follows all local, state, and federal rules including HIPAA, OSHA, and Blood Borne Pathogen Guidelines.
• Works safely and collaborates with coworkers; maintains a positive impact on residents and visitors.
• Communicates between Care Partners on resident needs and performs other duties as assigned.
