Senior Lifestyle is seeking a Care Associate – Assisted Living for the 3pm–11pm shift at our Cincinnati community. You will help residents with daily living activities, provide companionship, and support medication reminders as directed by supervisors.

A CNA or CHHA license may be required by state; we value compassionate, team players who can handle multiple tasks safely in a fast-paced environment and respect residents' privacy.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in senior care.
• Proficiency in English to perform duties and respond to emergencies.
• CNA or CHHA license may be required depending on state.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and tasks.
• Compassionate, professional, and able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing) as needed.
• Follow the schedule set by supervisor.
• Provide emotional and social support to residents.
• Document daily logs of assistance.
• Inform supervisor of any issues or concerns.
• Respect independence, dignity and confidentiality of residents.
