Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• You must meet PA residency requirements and be able to perform essential job functions.
• A conditional offer requires medical examination and drug screening; background checks including PA State Police and FBI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Daily Living Support: assist with personal care routines and activities of daily living.
• Health Monitoring: record observations and report changes in consumer conditions.
• Mobility Assistance: help with safe movement and transfers.
• Program Participation: support during activities, appointments, and therapies.
• Safety Practices: follow procedures for emergencies, equipment use and infection control.
• Communication: document information clearly and share updates with the care team.
