Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Patient Assistance: Support patients with daily living tasks and care routines
• Therapeutic Communication: Use effective communication during patient interactions and crisis situations
• Information Documentation: Record observations and patient information clearly and promptly
• Team Collaboration: Work with supervisors, nurses, and staff to complete assignments and adapt to changes
• Safety Practices: Follow hospital policies, infection control methods, and proper equipment use
• Patient Escorting: Accompany patients to appointments, activities, and visits on and off grounds
