Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living tasks and care routines.
• Use therapeutic communication during interactions and crises.
• Record observations and patient information clearly and promptly.
• Collaborate with supervisors, nurses, and staff to complete assignments.
• Follow hospital policies, infection control methods, and proper equipment use.
• Escort patients to appointments, activities, and visits on and off grounds.
