Job summary

Lakes Region Community College in Laconia, NH seeks a Campus Safety & Security Officer III for the 2nd shift part-time schedule (Mon–Fri, 6:00 PM–11:00 PM). The role patrols campus buildings and grounds, responds to incidents, enforces college policies, and assists with safety training and student transportation.

Must hold a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and CPR/AED certification; willingness to work flexible hours and essential personnel status.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Current CPR/AED and basic first aid certification.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Flexible schedule and ability to cover after-hours events.

Responsibilities

• Patrols campus buildings and grounds to ensure safety.
• Provide student transportation via campus shuttle.
• Inspect life-safety equipment and report hazards.
• Enforce laws, regulations, and college policies on LRCC property.
• Document incidents and coordinate with Campus Safety & Security Supervisor.
• Collaborate with Residence Life and other campus staff on safety initiatives.
• Assist in training new officers and preparing annual campus safety reports.
