Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, office support, facilities operations, or related field preferred.

• Ability to work independently and stay calm in emergencies.
• Basic computer skills including navigating websites and institutional systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the assigned campus site during evening hours.
• Provide high-quality customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors.
• Serve as on-site contact for safety and campus life concerns and coordinate with security and facilities teams.
• Support Campus Life programming and events during evening hours.
• Represent CSN professionally and report incidents and daily site activity.
