Job summary

The College of Southern Nevada seeks a Part-Time Site Facilitator to provide evening operations support for Campus Life and Student Union facilities. You will be the on-site contact, ensure a safe, welcoming environment, and assist with student engagement and basic needs access during after-hours.

Responsibilities include supervising facility operations, coordinating with Custodial Services and Security, handling emergency protocols, processing work orders, and supporting Campus Life programming

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in customer service, office support, facilities operations, or a related field preferred.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during evening operations.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of the campus site during evening hours.
Provide high-quality customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors.
Coordinate with Custodial Services, Operations & Maintenance, and other support services as needed.
Complete and submit work orders and notify the Supervisor by email upon submission.
Serve as the on-site point of contact for Campus Life during evening operations and respond to incidents per protocol.
Assist with Campus Life programming and extended-hour services.
