Job summary

College of Southern Nevada is seeking a Part-Time Site Facilitator to manage the Student Union campus site during evening hours, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment and smooth operations. You will act as the on-site contact, coordinate with security and facilities teams, and support student engagement and basic needs access.

The role requires strong customer service, the ability to work independently in a evening shift, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Experience in customer service, office support, facilities operations, or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of campus site during evening hours.
• Provide high-quality customer service to students, faculty, staff and visitors.
• Serve as on-site point of contact for the Student Union during evening operations.
• Support Campus Life programming and extended-hour services like the Coyote Cupboard.
• Report urgent incidents to the Supervisor by telephone and document daily site activity.
• Perform other duties to support campus operations and student services.
