Job summary

Responsibilities

• Navigate databases to transfer callers to the correct destination.
• Use Epic to view patient information and provide appointment details.
• Support multiple hospital sites including Main Campus and affiliate facilities.
• Assist callers in emergencies and provide relay services for hearing impaired callers.
• Enter data and update directories and reference materials.
