Job summary

HealthPartners is hiring a Nutrition Aide in Minnesota to assist with meal preparation and service across cafeteria, patient trays, and Bistro coffee service. You will handle cash transactions and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages while maintaining high standards of customer care.

The role requires standing for long periods, light lifting, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. The schedule includes late afternoon shifts with weekends on a rotating basis.

Qualifications

• Must follow oral and written instructions.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must be on feet up to 8 hours a day.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Experience in coffee shop or waiting tables.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cold foods and nourishments for daily service.
• Serve food in cafeteria and on patient tray line.
• Operate cash register.
• Wash dishes, pots and pans used in daily meal service.
• In Bistro, prepare and serve coffee and tea drinks and take Espresso orders.
