Job summary

Leisure World of Maryland seeks an Evening Maintenance Technician to support building systems after hours. The role covers troubleshooting, repair, and replacement of HVAC and mechanical equipment in a residential community and may require assisting day shift staff.

The candidate must have four+ years in related trades, a high school diploma or GED (associate degree preferred), and an ACCA Refrigerant certificate with a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Four (4) or more years of experience troubleshooting and repairing residential buildings (including plumbing/heating/AC/electrical).
• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• ACCA Refrigerant Transition and Recovery Certificate; valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform emergency repairs on building systems after hours to restore operations.
• Coordinate with internal personnel or external vendors to rectify issues as needed.
