Job summary

The Michaels Organization is seeking a Building Services Representative to support Leasing and Maintenance teams and maintain a safe, clean community environment. You will perform custodial tasks, ensure safety compliance, and assist with turnover cleaning after move-outs.

The role requires teamwork, the ability to work evenings, and adherence to OSHA and company safety policies as part of daily operations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and application of codes, laws, and regulations.
• Ability to pass background investigation and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial and grounds work in common areas.
• Follow EPA/OSHA regulations for hazardous materials and storage.
• Identify and report unsafe conditions to management.
• Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of property.
• Respond to service requests and resident concerns promptly.
• Keep logs of cleaning and amenities for records.
• Inspect units, buildings, and common areas regularly.
• Assist in training seminars and safety policy adherence.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure secure storage and lighting.
