Job summary

The Michaels Organization is seeking a dedicated maintenance/janitorial team member in Camden, NJ to perform custodial and grounds duties, including cleaning common areas and turnover units after move-outs. You will ensure safety, upkeep, and timely responses to resident inquiries in a fast-paced setting.

Role requires adherence to EPA/OSHA regulations and a High School diploma or GED, with training provided by Michaels Management. 40-hour weeks with some evenings possible.

Qualifications

• Must pass background investigation and drug test screening.
• Proven Knowledge and application of codes, laws, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial and grounds work in common areas of buildings.
• Follow EPA and OSHA regulations for hazardous materials.
• Maintain upkeep of common areas, exteriors, and turnovers.
• Respond to service requests and resident concerns promptly.
• Keep accurate logs for restrooms, gyms, and amenities.
• Attend training and operate within safety policies.
