Job summary

Touchmark is seeking a Building Services Janitor to enrich resident life by performing evening cleaning tasks in our Health and Fitness Club, disposing trash, vacuuming, and handling work orders to keep the campus fresh for the next day.

The full-time shift runs Tuesday–Saturday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm, with pay starting at $18.00 per hour. Candidates must be at least 18, possess a HS diploma or equivalent, read and write English, and have a valid driver’s license with insurance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and write English to follow and issue instructions.
• Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain the Health and Fitness Club areas.
• Trash disposal and vacuuming; complete work orders as needed.
• Prepare campus for the following day, ensuring cleanliness and safety.
