Job summary

ABM is seeking an Evening Cleaner to maintain a designated area with a schedule of Monday–Friday and weekends, from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The role offers full-time or part-time hours and pays $15.30 per hour.

Duties include sweeping, mopping, dusting, restroom cleaning, trash removal, cleaning windows and light fixtures, restocking supplies, and assisting with event setup. Candidates should be at least 18 years old and able to meet site safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ten-year work history if available for ATS environments.

Responsibilities

• Cleans building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them and follows chemical cleaning procedures.
• Dusts and washes furniture, walls, machines, and equipment; cleans ceilings and light fixtures; washes blinds.
• Moves furniture and equipment to access areas and cleans accordingly.
• Removes stains with cleaning solutions and prepares cleaning mixtures.
• Strips, seals, finishes, and polishes floors; cleans carpets and applies spot treatments.
• Gathers and empties trash; cleans restrooms and stocks supplies.
• Cleans interiors, windows, and glass partitions; maintains general cleanliness and order.
• Monitors safety and security; locks doors after hours and checks for hazards.
• May operate vehicles or equipment as required and assist with event setup.
